He has lectured extensively on several aspects of prosthodontics and implant dentistry, both nationally and internationally. Dr. Faulkner is the director of The Ohio Center for Osseointegration and Restorative Dentistry, a state of the art continuing education facility for clinicians, technicians, and auxiliaries. He has a faculty appointment as a Lecturer for the Department of Removable Prosthodontics at U.C.L.A. In February 2015, Dr. Faulkner co-authored a textbook with his mentor from U.C.L.A., Dr. John Beumer, III. The textbook, “Fundamentals of Implant Prosthodontics” is published by Quintessence Publishing Company, Chicago, IL, and is designed for dentists, graduate residents and dental students alike. Dr. Faulkner resides in Cincinnati, Ohio where he maintains a private practice limited to fixed and removable prosthodontics, maxillofacial prosthetics, and implant prosthodontics.
Upon graduation, she completed an externship in general dentistry and then began her employment with Dr. Faulkner. Amy has her CPR license, AED certification and her Dental Assistant Radiographer license.
When she is not working, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband, Mike, and watching her four sons participate in their sports activities.
Laurie graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1982 with an Associates of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. She started working in dentistry immediately upon graduation and has been working in the field ever since. The majority of her career has been devoted to general practice. She is licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky.
Reaching a level of excellence is a constant goal in her daily activities. In addition, she takes pride in her ability to communicate with our patients and to help make them feel as comfortable as possible, and she certainly enjoys the daily challenges that the specialty of prosthodontics provides. Prosthetic Dentistry also provides a continuum for learning cutting edge technology that we provide for our patients.
When she is not in the office she enjoys gardening, playing with their two dogs, and spending time with her husband, David. She looks forward to seeing each of you in our office!

Erin has been in the dental field since 1995 when she began Dental Assistant training during her Junior year of high school. She graduated in 1997, from the Colerain Career Center, Dental Assisting Program. At that time, she had been working as a Dental Assistant in a Pediatric Dental Practice and remained there until the doctor retired. She has been a part of Dr. Faulkner’s team since September 2001, and enjoys working with Dr. Faulkner and his team, in providing the highest quality dental care possible to our patients.
She enjoys being able to utilize her creative side at the office, especially helping to develop the new website to be more interactive for patients.
When she is not in the office she enjoys spending time with her husband Josh, who is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, her two sons, her friends and family, and her dog, Ariel.
Laurie was introduced to Dr. Faulkner’s work when her father needed advanced care, and she quickly became intrigued with Prosthodontics. She welcomed the opportunity for a career change and accepted a position with Dr. Faulkner in 2008. She thrives on the challenge, cutting edge technology, and advanced dental concepts associated with prosthodontics and implant dentistry. She enjoys partnering with Dr. Faulkner in treating and educating their patients to help them achieve and maintain healthy dental care.
Outside of the office, she keeps very busy with her husband Dave, their daughter, and their triplet sons.
Dr. Faulkner graduated from The Ohio State University in 1980. Following a one year hospital residency, he practiced general dentistry in northwest Ohio until 1990, when he returned to an advanced graduate residency program in prosthodontics at the U.C.L.A. School of Dentistry. Dr. Faulkner received his certificate in prosthodontics in 1992 as well as a certificate in maxillofacial prosthetics in 1993. In addition, he received full training through the U.C.L.A. Implant Center during his three year residency training programs. .
Brandi is a resident of the Greater Cincinnati area, raised on a farm in Southeast Indiana. She graduated from
Northern Kentucky University in 2003 with a degree in Speech Communication. Her experience in the dental field began while she was attending college, when she worked for an orthodontist. She worked in Account Management for eight years, and after careful consideration, she decided to return to the dental field in 2014, and became a member of Dr. Faulkner’s team.
Trish is a lifelong resident of Cincinnati. She has been a Dental Assistant for the past twenty-two years and has been trained in all facets of dentistry, but she has a passion for restorative and re-constructive dentistry and the various procedures associated with prosthodontics.

She received her Dental Assistant Radiographer’s License in July 2002, and continues to take continuing education courses. She also has her Healthcare Provider CPR & AED certification.
When you come to the office you may see her coordinating patient care and educational programs in the business area, or coordinating our various laboratory procedures, or even assisting chairside. She enjoys working with all aspects of our Prosthodontic practice.
Dr. Faulkner’s private practice of dentistry is a specialty practice limited to fixed and removable prosthodontics, maxillofacial prosthetics, implant prosthodontics, and all phases of esthetic dentistry. We specialize in restoring and replacing teeth. We are able to provide excellent comprehensive treatment with crowns, fixed bridges, veneers, dentures, removable partial dentures, dental implant restorations, and other esthetic and restorative procedures.
Amy is a lifelong resident of Cincinnati, raised in Amelia. She graduated from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College in 2003, with a certification as an STNA. She previously worked in a nursing home, but after much consideration she decided to focus her medical career as a Dental Assistant.
